Description
The WPCK07 pressure transmitter features a diffused silicon core as its pressure-sensitive element. An internal dedicated integrated circuit converts the sensor's millivolt signal into a standard current signal, allowing for easy connection to computer interface cards, control instruments, smart meters, or PLCs. Long-distance transmission can be achieved via current output. It is compact, lightweight, and features a fully sealed stainless steel structure, enabling operation in corrosive environments. The product is easy and simple to install, possesses extremely high vibration and shock resistance, and is widely used in fire protection, process control, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC, and other fields. The built-in circuit board is a network-type transmitter board with an RS485 interface.
Through highly integrated circuitry centered on a microprocessor, it reliably acquires and processes pressure signals and provides RS485 communication output. The communication interface enables fully digital debugging and calibration.

The sensors don't have sleeping mode. It can be set in program if needed.
All Winsen products go through strict inspections and tests to make sure they are 100% qualified before shipping out.
The sensor has been fully tested (not calibrated) before leaving the factory, but the module will be calibrated before leaving the factory.
However, after transportation and storage, the environment conditions change, and the surface of the sensor absorbs moisture, mixed gas, pollution matters, etc. It is recommended that customers perform aging and calibration after sensors become stable according to the program and use occasions of the whole device.
