Description

The WPCK89 digital glass micro-melt pressure transmitter is an intelligent digital pressure transmitter featuring high precision, high reliability and convenient installation. It provides a standard I²C communication interface with a bus speed up to 400kHz and a collection rate of 50 times per second.

The pressure seat uses a single-piece integrated structure made of 316L stainless steel or 17-4PH stainless steel. The pressure interface contains no welds, silicone oil or other organic substances. The sensing element is firmly sintered onto the pressure seat using glass micro-melting technology, improving high-temperature and vibration resistance and supporting long-term operation in harsh industrial environments.

The sensors don't have sleeping mode. It can be set in program if needed.

The sensor has been fully tested (not calibrated) before leaving the factory, but the module will be calibrated before leaving the factory.

However, after transportation and storage, the environment conditions change, and the surface of the sensor absorbs moisture, mixed gas, pollution matters, etc. It is recommended that customers perform aging and calibration after sensors become stable according to the program and use occasions of the whole device.
